Welcome to Craft Space Ideas. By using this website or purchasing a product from Craft Space Ideas, you agree to the terms below.

I have tried to keep these terms as clear and straightforward as possible. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About Craft Space Ideas

Craft Space Ideas provides crochet patterns, craft projects, printable resources and other creative products.

Some products are digital downloads and some products may be physical items. The product description will make clear what you are purchasing.

2. Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, such as a crochet pattern or PDF, you are purchasing a licence to use that digital file for your own personal use.

Digital products are supplied electronically rather than being posted to you.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your downloadable files will normally be made available through your order confirmation and/or your account on the website.

Please save your purchased files somewhere safe after downloading them.

If you have any difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

3. Digital Download Cancellation Rights

When purchasing an immediately downloadable digital product, you will be asked to agree that the digital content can be supplied immediately.

By agreeing to the immediate supply of the digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once the download begins, as provided for by UK consumer law.

This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, does not work properly, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of consumer law.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.

The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Payment must be successfully completed before digital products are made available for download.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. Craft Space Ideas does not have access to your full payment card details.

5. Crochet Patterns and Personal Use

Unless a product description specifically states otherwise, purchased crochet patterns are intended for your personal use.

You may:

• Download and save the pattern for your own use.
• Print a copy for your own personal use.
• Make finished crochet items from the pattern for yourself, as gifts, or for sale.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute the pattern itself.
• Share the PDF or download link with other people.
• Upload the pattern to another website, Facebook group, file-sharing service or other platform.
• Sell, distribute or claim the pattern as your own.
• Reproduce substantial parts of the written pattern or charts for distribution.

If you would like to use one of my patterns in a way that isn’t covered above, please contact me first.

6. Copyright

All original patterns, photographs, written content, charts, graphics and other creative content on Craft Space Ideas are protected by copyright unless stated otherwise.

Purchasing a pattern does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

Copyright remains with the original copyright holder.

7. Website Content

You may view, download or print material from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use where the content is provided for that purpose.

You must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without permission.

8. Accuracy of Patterns and Information

I take care to make my patterns and other products as accurate and useful as possible.

However, crochet is a handmade craft and individual results can vary depending on yarn, hook size, tension and personal technique.

If you believe you have found an error in a pattern, please contact me so that I can investigate and, where appropriate, provide an updated or corrected file.

9. Physical Products

If physical products are offered for sale, the product description will provide information about the item, including relevant materials, sizes and other important details.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by these terms.
